Security Bars and Processing A Proposed Rule by the U.S. Homeland Security Department and the Executive Office for Immigration Review on July 9, 2020. Contrary to the recommendations of medical experts, the administration has proposed a regulation barring asylum seekers to the United States based on dubious public health claims which will block refugees facing persecution.
